Pricing

We sell our grass-fed beef in quarters, halves, and wholes. Prices are based on hanging weight, plus processing fees. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order.

Grass Fed/Finished

Quarter = $6.00 per pound + processing* ($300 deposit)
Half = $5.75 per pound + processing* ($600 deposit)
Whole = $5.50 per pound + processing* ($1,200 deposit)

Grass Fed/Grass Grain Finished

Quarter = $6.25 per pound + processing* ($300 deposit)
Half = $6.00 per pound + processing* ($600 deposit)
Whole = $5.75 per pound + processing* ($1,200 deposit)

All pricing reflects payment via cash, check or debit. Payment by credit card will incur a three percent charge on the total purchase price.

Processing costs depend on individual cutting instructions and are usually $1.10-$1.25 per pound.

All processing is done at Innovative Foods in Evans, Colorado. We assist customers through the process, and answer any related questions. Customers that are purchasing a whole or half animal receive their choice of personalized cutting instructions, such as type of cuts and the thickness of steaks. Organ meat and oxtails are only available for customers purchasing a whole animal.

Customers purchasing a quarter animal will be restricted on certain cutting options (see below). All processed animals receive a standard two weeks of dry aging (additional aging is available for customers purchasing a whole animal).

Quarter animal cutting restrictions:

New York Strip steak – 1” thick
Rib steak – bone-in, 1” thick
Sirloin tip – 1” steaks or ground
Sirloin bottom – 1” steaks or ground
Tenderloin steak – 1¼” thick
No Rib roasts
No T-bone steak

We accept all major credit cards, cashier’s check, and cash. Ask about our cash discount and our 5% discount for veterans and active military personnel.
